Terms of Use and Sale

1. Who sells Lugh Xtudio

Lugh Xtudio is developed and sold by Arthur Breno Costa Polimeni, an individual (CPF 059.507.189-92), at Rua Ulrico Zuinglio, 500, Londrina, Paraná, Brazil (“we”, “us”). Contact: support@lugh-lens.com.

These terms apply to the website xtudio.lugh-lens.com, to downloading and using the Lugh Xtudio desktop app, and to buying a licence. By downloading the app or buying a licence you accept them. If you buy as a consumer, the rights the law gives you always apply, and nothing here limits them.

2. The app and the free plan

Lugh Xtudio is a video editor for macOS, Windows and Linux. You can download and use it for free, with no time limit and no project limit. On the free plan, videos you export from a project that an AI agent edited carry a “created by Lugh Xtudio” watermark; anything you edited only by hand exports without it.

The app runs on your computer. Your projects and your media stay there: we do not upload them anywhere.

3. The lifetime licence

• What it unlocks. Exports without the watermark, 4K export and the other Pro features described on the website at the time of purchase.
• How long. The licence does not expire. Every future update of Lugh Xtudio is included, with nothing to renew.
• Where. One key activates Lugh Xtudio on up to two computers at a time. You can release a computer from the app and use the key on another one. If you lose access to a computer, the app lets you release it yourself up to twice a year; after that, write to us.
• Activation. Activating, releasing a computer and checking the licence need an internet connection from time to time. The app keeps working offline between checks.
• Personal use of the key. The licence is for you. You may use it for personal and commercial work, but you may not share, resell or publish the key.

The licence is a right to use the software, not a sale of the software itself. Lugh Xtudio, its code, name and brand remain ours. Open-source components included in the app keep their own licences.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the website in Brazilian reais or US dollars, and are charged once. The Founder price applies to the first 100 licences sold; after that, the price shown on the website is the one that applies. The price is fixed when you open the payment page.

Purchases are processed by Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates, by card. A purchase in Brazilian reais accepts only cards issued in Brazil: a card from another country is not charged, and no licence is issued. Purchases in reais made until October 6, 2026 were processed by InfinitePay (CloudWalk). We never see or store your card number. Your bank may charge fees for international purchases or currency conversion; those are between you and your bank.

5. Delivery of the key

As soon as the payment is confirmed, your licence key appears on screen and a copy is sent to the email you gave when buying. Some payment methods take longer to confirm; in that case the key arrives by email once the payment clears. If it has not arrived within 24 hours, write to us.

6. Right of withdrawal and refunds

You may cancel your purchase within 7 days of the payment and get a full refund, without giving a reason, as provided by article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. To do so, write to support@lugh-lens.com from the email you used at checkout, or include it in your message. The refund goes back to the same payment method; how long it takes to appear depends on your bank.

When a purchase is refunded, its licence key is revoked: the computers using it return to the free plan the next time the app checks the licence.

After 7 days, purchases are not refundable, except where the law gives you that right, for example if the product does not work as described and we cannot fix it.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• bypass, disable or remove the licence check or the watermark;
• share, sell or publish licence keys, or activate a key you did not obtain from us;
• copy, resell or redistribute modified versions of the app;
• attack, overload or try to gain unauthorised access to our services.

If a key is used in breach of these terms, for example published online, we may revoke it after telling you by email.

8. Your projects and your media

Everything you create with Lugh Xtudio is yours. You are responsible for having the rights to the videos, music, images and fonts you use in your projects, and for how you use the videos you export.

9. AI assistants and other services

Lugh Xtudio can be driven by an AI assistant you choose (such as Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini) through the Model Context Protocol. Those assistants are provided by their own companies, under their own terms and prices; we are not responsible for them or for what they produce. Some features download models or tools from third parties the first time you use them.

10. Warranty and responsibility

We work to keep Lugh Xtudio reliable and to fix problems quickly, but no software is free of errors. Keep backups of important projects and media.

We are responsible for the product as required by law, including the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. Outside what the law requires, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or missed deadlines. None of this limits rights that cannot be waived.

11. Changes, law and disputes

We may update these terms, for example when we add features or payment methods. The date at the top says when they last changed. Changes never take away what you already bought: the terms in force at the time of your purchase govern that purchase.

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. If you are a consumer, disputes may be taken to the courts of your own place of residence.
